2. Quotes, Fees, and Payment

Our services are quote-based. After you submit your service request and documents, we review them and provide a quote that includes our service fee and any applicable government (DMV) fees. Government fees are set by the State of California and are passed through to the DMV on your behalf.

• All fees are disclosed to you before you are charged. You are not charged simply for requesting a quote or uploading documents.
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processors and is due before we begin processing your transaction with the DMV.
• By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the quoted amount and to act on your behalf in completing the requested transaction.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful information and documents. Specifically, you agree that:

• All information and documents you submit are true, accurate, and belong to you or that you are authorized to submit them;
• You have the legal right to register, transfer, or otherwise act on the vehicle in question;
• You will respond promptly to requests for additional documents or information needed to complete your transaction; and
• You authorize Xpress Registrations to act as your agent in submitting your transaction and fees to the DMV.

We are not responsible for delays, denials, penalties, or additional fees that result from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by you.

4. Processing Times

Any processing or turnaround times we provide are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Actual timing depends on the DMV, the completeness of your documents, mail and delivery times, and factors outside our control. We are not liable for DMV processing delays.

5. Refunds

Government (DMV) fees paid to the State of California are generally non-refundable once submitted. Our service fee is refundable only if we have not yet begun work on your transaction. If your transaction cannot be completed due to a DMV requirement or an issue with your documents, we will work with you to resolve it; refund eligibility depends on the work already performed. 6. Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or text message regarding your order. Our use of text messaging is described in our Privacy Policy, including how to opt out. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the DMV will approve any transaction, that processing will occur within any specific timeframe, or that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xpress Registrations and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services will not exceed the amount of the service fee you paid to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xpress Registrations from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your submission of inaccurate or unlawful information, or your misuse of our services.
