Privacy Policy
Xpress Registrations ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you request a quote, place an order, upload documents, or contact us. This may include:
- Contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and mailing or service address.
- Vehicle and registration details — vehicle year, make, model, license plate, VIN, and the type of DMV service you request.
- Documents you upload — title documents, bills of sale, smog certificates, proof of insurance, identification, and other paperwork required to process your DMV transaction.
- Payment information — processed securely by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Automatically collected data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Prepare quotes and process your California DMV registration transactions on your behalf;
- Communicate with you about your order, including status updates, invoices, confirmations, and questions about your documents;

- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries;
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and DMV requirements; and
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or misuse of our services.
3. SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send you transactional text messages related to your order — such as order confirmations, status updates, document requests, invoice notifications, and delivery updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in: You consent to receive these messages by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our order form, or by texting START to our number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any of our services.
Message frequency & rates: Message frequency varies based on the activity on your order. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out and help: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation and we will stop sending texts to that number. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (714) 829-0009 or info@xpressregistrations.com.
No sharing of mobile data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide our services or as required by law, including with:
- The California DMV and authorized DMV business partners, to process and complete your registration transaction;
- Payment processors (such as Square and Stripe), to securely process your payment;
- Communication providers (such as our SMS and email service providers), to deliver order-related messages on our behalf;
- Professional advisors or authorities, when required to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect our rights and the safety of others.
As stated above, your mobile opt-in and text-messaging consent data are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, complete your DMV transactions, and meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
6. Data Security
