Who we are
Xpress Truck Services is a California general stock corporation formed in January 2024 and in good standing with the Secretary of State. It operates the consumer brand Xpress Registrations at xpressregistrations.com. The company holds a California DMV registration service occupational license and processes transactions through the DMV Business Partner Automation (BPA) program, the same program AAA branches and independent registration services use. Getting that authorization took two years of applications, fingerprinting, inspections and bonding; it is not something a website can fake.
The business is owned and run by Christian Hinojosa, who also builds the software behind it. When you email info@xpressregistrations.com, he answers.
What we actually do
We process California DMV vehicle transactions on your behalf: registration renewals (including expired ones), title transfers, duplicate titles, out-of-state registrations, lien changes, junk and salvage declarations, revived salvage, first-time registrations, vessels, and commercial vehicles. You send photos of your documents from your phone; we pull the DMV record, tell you the exact amount the DMV charges, add our flat service fee, and send one invoice. After payment we process the transaction electronically, usually the same business day, and your sticker, card or plates go out by tracked USPS mail or are held for pickup.
What it costs
Two parts, always itemized before you pay: the DMV fees at cost (exactly what the DMV charges, passed through) and our flat service fee, listed on each service page and on our pricing page. Tracked delivery is optional and priced on the menu. There is no fee to submit an order or to get a quote; you pay only when the invoice is ready and you decide to go ahead. We do not charge percentage markups, and we do not add a "convenience fee" to DMV fees.
How to verify us
- Secretary of State: search "Xpress Truck Services" at bizfileonline.sos.ca.gov to see the active corporation.
- DMV disclosure: every page of this site carries the disclosure the DMV requires of business partners: we are not the DMV, and the same services are available from the DMV without our service fee.
- Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe on a secure checkout with an itemized invoice; we also accept Zelle. We never ask for card details by text or email.
- Your record: after we process a renewal, the DMV record updates immediately. You can confirm it on the DMV website or with any DMV kiosk.
What we will not do
We will not guess your total: we pull the exact DMV figure first. We will not promise to reduce a penalty the DMV charges, though we check whether a waiver or PNO applies before you pay. We will not process anything without the documents the DMV requires, which is why each service page lists them. And we do not issue refunds on completed transactions, because once a filing is submitted to the DMV it cannot be undone; that policy is stated on the pay page before you authorize payment.

Is Xpress Registrations the DMV?
No. It is a private, licensed California DMV Business Partner. The same services are available directly from the DMV without the service fee.
Is it safe to send photos of my title and registration?
Documents are uploaded over an encrypted connection to a private, token-protected order page that only you and our staff can open. They are used only to process your transaction.
Do you charge before the work is done?
No. Submitting an order is free. You receive an itemized invoice and pay only if you choose to proceed; processing starts after payment.
Where is Xpress Registrations located?
We are a Los Angeles County business serving all of California by mail and online, plus out-of-state vehicles being registered here. Pickup of completed documents is available by appointment.
